We (Topland Engineering and Construction Private Limited) are developing independent Private Limited company providing a diverse range of service in Engineering field. Topland Engineering and Construction was originally established in 2034 B.S but started its professional journey from 2075 B.S with a sole objective of providing innovative and sustainable solutions to create a sustainable future for its people, customers and communities. It has been established with the aim of providing construction works services in the field of Building , Industrial Complex, Roads, Bridges, Irrigation, Hydropower, and Airports. Topland is committed to provide highest level of professionalism, honesty and fairness in our service with customers, employees and vendors to become one of the leading service-oriented company in Nepal”.

Since the start of its journey in 2075 B.S , Topland Engineering and Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been a key contributor in the sector of construction for the development of Nepal. Over the years, it has been proud to play a major part in the construction of some highly prestigious projects.
We are committed to maintain a partnership based on transparency and reliability with our Employers and Employees. Our Employers are fully aware that we have the skills, resources and expertise, and most importantly, the ability to complete their projects to the highest standards on time and on budget.
Health, Safety, Quality and the Environment are among the most important concerns of our company and we follow strict safety regimes as well as quality procedures and strives to continuously improve our performance.
Quality Policy
The goal of the quality management system is to ensure our commitment towards the implementation of quality policy which could be achieved through:
- Delivery of quality products and services at competitive price
to fulfil the need and expectation of our valued customers. - Quality improvement Programme that will update, familiarize
and train our staffs with latest practices, techniques and
technologies in their relevant profession. - Adoption of relevant standards, policy and statutory
regulation as directed by the law. - Periodic review and improvement of our quality management
system so that the complaints and feedbacks regarding
system would be dealt efficiently and effectively within the
stipulated time frame.
Health and Safety Policy
Topland works with the motto of making job sites safe for its employees. We are serious about our responsibility to educate workers on safety measures and to do everything in our ability to reduce risks in occurrence. Proper measure is taken to prevent electrocution, fall from heights and to avoid being struck by falling objects. We strictly promote the use of safety gear such as hard hat, closed shoes, gloves, safety net and safety belt. We use notice boards with safety notes as reminders to those working in the sites and take care to keep the sites clean and tidy, and provide on site trainings regarding safety measures and proper equipment handling.
